Pay transparency reporting: preparing as an employer

Sodra lists Order V-500 of 5 October 2026 on pay transparency reporting rules. Its information page describes implementation of the directive as planned from 1 January 2027. Data submission is envisaged through the employer account or system integrations.

Coordinate preparations with your accountant and payroll software provider. Approval of the rules should not be confused with the first reporting deadline.
