FNTT reminder for company formation and other service providers

FNTT has reiterated existing anti-money laundering duties. Legal entities must notify the Register of Legal Entities of starting or ending company formation and administration services within five working days, using JAR-PAS. FNTT must be notified of appointed or replaced responsible senior staff within seven working days.
